‘Onni’ is a Finnish word meaning happiness and good luck. Onni in Lyme Regis is owned by John and Eija Perkins, Eija being from Finland - hence the Finnish connection.
Onni’s business values are simple, traditional and ethical - with a focus on personal service.
The shop was established by knitwear designer Hilary Highet some 15 years ago. While continuing with Hilary’s well-tried selection, John and Eija are continually introducing new items and exclusive designs.
